Orders are typically delivered within approximately 17 business days. This includes around 3 business days for production and processing, followed by an estimated 14 business days for shipping and delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, courier delays, public holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.
We may accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases if the item is unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, in original condition, and returned within the stated timeframe (14 days of receiving product). Faulty, incorrect, or not-as-described items are handled in line with Australian Consumer Law.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described item, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue at Support@gdaymate.store. We will review the matter and provide a remedy where required under Australian Consumer Law.
We try to display product colours, sizes, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, photography, or manufacturing differences. Please check the size guide before ordering.
